职位描述 Need to have a clear understanding of the worldwide compliance requirements.
Have a clear understanding of Liz quality standards and all Standard Operating Procedures.
Perform in-line inspection and final inspection of product in accordance to product quality specification provided by US QA engineer through QC turnover samples and guidelines.
Follow all brand specifications and AQL inspection plan.
Assure that all shipments have required Lab testing documents with passing results for all our RS requirements.
Assure that all the necessary documents (IE: MDL, GCC, Inspection Report etc) are included in the shipments.
Coordinate the receipt of inspection package with US quality engineer. Assure that the entire requirement for each sku is clearly understood for accurate inspection.
Monitor quality control procedures as well as maintaining final inspection records of all shipments.
Report daily quality failures of each factory to China QA manager, US QA engineer as well as US Director of QA.
Report a monthly summary performance of each vendor.
Inspect to assure that shipping carton compliance is being followed.
Randomly perform Human Rights evaluation to help maintain the factories HR responsibilities to Liz Claiborne.
University Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience or technical institute graduate.
Minimum 1 years experience in Jewelry manufacturing and quality inspection.
Must have understanding jewelry manufacturing and be able to clearly communicate verbally and written in English.
Ability to speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Knowledge of Microsoft computer skills is required.
Must be influential in developing new vendors to our quality standards.
Must be motivated and able to work independently.
